Tracking Transfer Credits
Check Progress of AP, IB, Dual Enrollment, or Transfer Credit Articulation
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that Virginia Tech receives all Official documentation to award credit based on AP/IB Scores and/or Dual Enrollment/College course work.
To check transfer credit status:
- Log into HokieSpa
- Click on the HokieSpa Tab
- Click on the Grades Menu Link
- Click on the Transfer and Other Additional Information Credit Link
This should tell you the following:
- If Virginia Tech has received transcripts or AP/IB Exam scores
- Evaluation Status
- Credits awarded or disallowed
- Any information needed from student or evaluating department (e.g. final transcript, course description, or syllabus)
It is the student's responsibility to check HokieSpa and alert the Dean's Office of any discrepancies or missing information.
