Melissa works with the Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration to support all fiscal and personnel activities of the college in the areas of processing payments and personnel forms, reconciliation of accounts, purchasing of supplies and equipment, maintaining internal financial and personnel records, assisting with control of fixed assets, and handling scholarship and foundation information. She also serves as the college resource representative for finance and personnel matters.

Melissa received her BS in Organizational Management & Development from Bluefield College and her MBA from Baker College.
