Many of our courses are cross disciplinary, drawing knowledge and expertise from several departments to give students the full picture of a situation or subject. Cooperation and collaboration among faculty and students in different disciplines enable students to tailor their education to their varied interests and needs. Another advantage of a large research college is that students sometimes are able to do research, as undergraduates, with professors who are well known in that field of study.
